I ordered ahead here and when I arrived 5 minutes later they were swamped with customers and hadn’t started my order yet. After several more minutes and a few more customers, one of them looked at my order, told me they were out of hash browns and offered to give me a dollar back. What a joke! This locally owned Dunkin ' is run by the same guy who runs the other one in the Falls as well. Try calling the business phone number. I tried to cancel an order and the local owner of the Falls have a non working cell phone that doesn 't have the VM set up yet!?! Excuse me?
