"Ordered at the drive thru, two different drinks, when I got my order I asked for clarification on which drink was which. The barista turned away from me, sighed, turned back and said they were the same like I ordered. I advised the drinks were supposed to be different however, due to time, I could not wait for a new order. Luckily, I don’t have any actual allergies that made this an issue but what is disappointing, is the both my drinks were maybe half full in the cup. Foam overtook half of the cup. Not impressed."

"Our experience at Jake’s was a total disaster. The rolls that were served were rock hard. We asked for different rolls and were again served the obviously day old dinner rolls. Steaks came over cooked served with a tepid baked grey potato. Everything was so wrong with the preparation of our dinners we did not give them a second chance to get it right. We paid for our drinks and went elsewhere. The food preparation screamed we don’t care."

"Mediocre. The last two times I've eaten here, our order has been wrong. This time, I ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad was supposed to be romaine, red onion, dressing etc. Lettuce was iceberg, there was no red onion, and they did not include thedressing, and the chicken was cut in 6 very large pieces, not really great to eat as part of a salad. Ordered a kids meal(chicken taco), they sent out beef taco. Also, they advertise that kids eat free on Sundays; not accurate. The cheapest kid'smeal is 4.99, which we ordered, and they only give a 3.75 discount. The kids meal was ordered in conjunction with an adultentrée. I used to really like going here, but the quality and consistency has really gone down."

"The service was great! The meal was delicious. The food was fresh not frozen bar food. And most importantly it was clean. I will drive out of my way to eat there again. Actually I might drive the 90 minutes to eat there again. Best place and food I have had in a long time."
