Le Gambas Rouge is a cozy man-and-wife restaurant just in the outskirts of the pedestrian area in Menton. The menu fokuses on seafood dishes, but the best bargain is allways to go for the chef's recommendation of the day, which may include traditional fish-soup from Sicilia or delicious pasta dishes with swamps or seafood. My wife had sea bass. It was tasteless and either was not fresh or it was badly cooked. It was accompanied by a salad of old wilted lettuce. My tagliatelle was okay but advertised as with crevettes (prawns) it only had three crevettes. The waitress acted like she didn't want to be there. View all feedback.
