"Hidden in the landscape of Piemont a little treasure. Fantastic, tasty and always fresh food and wine. Perfect service and great atmosphere. What do we wish when visiting a restaurant? I think there is not really much to say, than leaving the rest for your curiosity in case you are passing by... We have had a mix of starters, local white wine (Arneis), wonderful pasta (different variations) and some desserts.... Simply ask for recommendations.... There are also fantastic dishes with meat or even gluten free pasta! Miele Grazie Fabio, it was a great pleasure!!!!"

"5 stars for flour: well cooked, greased at the right point, good oata flour, with very fragrant rosemary and served as traditional. plentiful portion (the small is practically a normal portion served in the other premises).
