"We've been coming to Em-Tea for years. We've always felt that the boba itself isn't particularly sweet, and the pearls themselves are smaller than other boba places. We like to come back and support, as it's a Merced classic. The space is super inviting and fun to lounge in. There's always a line! The staff are kind as well."

"HUGE portions, good food. Our to go boxes after stuffing ourselves looked like we hadn't eaten anything. Prices are really good for the amount of food. "The sandwiches are great. I never really liked this until I started going here. The only issue is timing. I will usually order online and pick up during my lunch break. I've done over 15 orders and they have never once had my order ready on time. After I noticed the trend, I started setting up the pick up time earlier and would arrive later. Even then, they still didn't start making my order until I got there. It's quite annoying since it's my lunch break and I don't have that much time. Just as a heads up if you are online ordering. Food is delicious though"
