Matsuri San Pedro from Mercedes Costa Rica Menu

What User doesn't like about Matsuri San Pedro:
I have been eating here for three years. The last two times I ate here I received sashimi that was old, smelled and tasted bad. To top things off we asked for a fried rice to go. While I was driving we found this. (See pic) They charged us $6.50. Terrible. read more.
