"The taller, slim guy with dark hair treats some customers way better than others. He 's not rude, per se, but it 's a little humiliating to be talked to so abruptly and short, while treating the next person like a princess. Such as: Being greeted as soon as they walk in. Conversation at counter. Thank you so much for coming in! ? Shares laughs, actually hands them drinks and grabs straws and napkins, ? communicates so gently. Then waves farewell so pleasently....While we get whats your order? Whip cream? mumbles and pushes us off. Sets drink on counter, and nonchalantly/quietly calls out number then walks away. ?? I have been there alone, and with family having a good time just smiling..treated the same everytime by him"

"I usually love RR. I get the Banzai with crispy onion straws and its usually very good. This time, I dont know. The onion straws just tasted like shredded paper I checked to make sure it wasnt paper. It wasnt. I dont know if RR got a new supplier or if this was just a bad batch. I ended up picking the onion straws off after having to pull several out of my mouth. Ill have to order again to make sure."
