"WOW I ordered foods for delivery and I called after an hour of waiting and I call. A girl answers and says we have you for carry out. I said no it was delivery. She got another woman on the phone to ask me the problem. I explained to her that I ordered delivery like the 50 times before that I ordered food. She was extremely rude and not letting me talk. She talked as slow as she could telling me our food was sitting there a while and she wasn't remaking it! I said it doesn't matter I want it delivered. She continues to be rude and tells me I didn't order delivery, I said actually I did because it told me on the receipt that it's delivery before completely checking out. First of all customer service is a give and you as a business operation just say sorry for the mix up we will get your food to you asap. Horrible and then she tells me never order here again after I said refund me , who does that???"

"First off service was alright. The mozzarella wedges had no flavor and was almost pure grease. My girlfriend got the gator bites and they were alright. Then came our dinners. Her salmon was dry and burnt and her mashed potatoes were dry and no flavor. Her fries were bland as well. My ribeye was cooked to a medium well when I ordered medium (not the end of the world) My steak was bland and had only char-grill flavor. My fries were tasteless and bad no flavor and were also cold. The orange crush I ordered also did not taste good at all, and my girlfriends sweet tea tasted like sugar water. We will not be back"
