I just finished my double coffee, which I am here on 11th. February at 1035 to find all the sugar on the bottom of the cup. I would appreciate it from now on if I paid the amount you want for a cup of coffee that you employees take the time to stir it. I understand that the drive thru is on a time-sensitive schedule and should be sufficient in a timely manner, but please take the time to stir your product. read more.

Yesterday from Truro Mall to the Tim's, asked for an LG decaf and was told the machine that makes Decaf is already switched off for the day. I worked with Tim... They used the same machine that makes regular coffee for Decaf. Pretty sure people get lazy. read more.
