We had lunch here during our honeymoon. The waiter and owner were very nice and the food was good, and so was the wine! They served us, even though it was 3:00. A bit expensive, but it is Corsica and on a beautiful beach. We'll go back. read more.

What Sabatino Damico doesn't like about The Paillote:
This place lives from its location in the sand on Plage de Meria. It offers pizza and various BBQ from wood fire. To be fair, we only had the pizza. Fish and meat looked very nice. Pizza was a bit too soft for my taste and purist in ingredients. Some pizza came without cheese, others without tomatoes I guess everything right through the book for a Napolitano or a la paillote still alas. This brings me to my criticism... read more.
