in our 3 weeks in merida, we managed to get to Momacoa twice. we had the ribs and the briskete for the first time, ripening and pulling gay for the second time. all the dishes are wonderful. crunchy coleslaw and a huge pickle make great beside dishes. second time, we also had their new dessert smoked banana, ice and chili chocolate sauce. it was the sky!
