Great vibes and okay food. Will need to explore their menu further. Update: The food this time was fantastic, despite the bisket being a little dry. It was a busy day so I'm not holding it against them but the floor under our booth was disgusting. I assume it acted as a designated kids booth for mothers day. This place has been hit or miss for a few years now, but living close we kept trying because when it's been good, it is really good. Our last three orders have been horrible and we officially give up. This last order was simply a chicken sandwich, burger with bacon, and fries. The fries were the only thing edible, as the chicken, burger and bacon were all waaaaay overcooked. View all feedback.

Great little place for breakfast, get the Franklin. It doesn’t disappoint.
