Never thought I would have a lobster roll this good in landlocked Colorado. Honestly, this tasted just as fresh as some lobster rolls I've had in Boston and Maine. The menu is short, but sweet. I personally love Connecticut style rolls. The warm, buttery bun was to die for. Really goes well with the lobster bisque. What User doesn't like about Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls:
The lobsters are slightly over cooked and I can?t blame the restaurant for not using fresh lobsters since this is in Colorado. However for $30-$40 per person, I really hoped I can get a restaurant grade roll or at least better than what I can make at home using frozen lobsters.
