I was so stoked to see Sweetwater at the Denver airport. I know Sweetwater from my time in Atlanta. Food quality was low. Like Walmart quality. The fish and chips were indicative of what you would get at long John silver. Tartar was terrible. Chips were undercooked. This brewery is so successful in Atlanta. Why sacrifice quality?
