Love sodalicious!! We usually have a great experience and go with some frequency. Today, however, drive thru line was verrrry slow and 1/4 drinks was bad. It is a drink we get often and was not the same, maybe the syrup was out. Usually a 5 star experience, but today a 1 star. read more.

Service has gone way downhill. The staff doesn’t know how to make drinks and the ratios are off. Used to be my favorite place to come, but they’ve hired some guys that have no idea what they’re doing. read more.

"I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say. Save your time and go somewhere else."
