as usual, quality at the rendezvous be it garret, saucisses strasbourg and francfort, all assortments of charcuterie without forgetting the inevitable magnificent cabbage. high-end price in whole (cher.) single flat, cold reception, polished limit and lack of smiles. discovered by chance in the shopping mall of crossroads, this Alsatian charcuterie also makes restaurant. the torched pies are excellent (fine paste) but the sauerkraut was much too acidic. (quality of white wine or too much white wine, I don't know.) View all feedback.
