In the county of valdivielso we find the tasting tavern, a small restaurant with homemade food and exquisite treatment. the business was opened by the grandmother who currently governs it and I imagine this will be proud of how things have been done. In a living room next to the fireplace we ate some delicious beans, croquettes, goat cheese salad, morcilla and then Iberian secrets and meatballs. All impressive. We'll be back.
