"A big “thank you” to Scott, Luc and staff called in to help at the last minute when everyone who had lost electricity due to the ice storm flooded in to Bubba and Bugs for a coffee/tea and breakfast bite. They handled this influx of stressed people with professionalism and good humour. Well done. And as usual the Bacon Eggies were awesome."

"Today with an old friend in merrickville to visit and lunch. we enjoyed the goose and gridiron last year on a similar trip and it has not disappointed again. the pub is a very popular meeting point, but we just had to wait a few minutes for a table. service was very fast and friendly. beer was fresh and cold! the server advised the daily special and answered all asking. the menu has a wide variety, including labeled gluten-free and vegetarian options. my friend had the daily special, the chicken Fajitas and one side, while I chose the vegetarian curry, complete with naan and a green salate. everything was delicious. server came back to check and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. very recommended and we come back. great place."
