"(merrill) eating was in order, waitress was very nice and very helpful, but it was very inappropriate for the manager (or guide or whatever it is called) to scream to a worker while there are customers in the restaurant. I understand that good help nowadays is difficult to come, but that is when they pull this hired side and talk to them about their performance (from other employees and customers), it wasn't awfully busy where that could not happen. Actually, the manager pizza hat has made very bad look."
