the person who brought us our delivery order to pick up was fantastic. we had a mix of our order that she offered to correct the problem immediately. the food was hot, fresh and delicious. I would keep back this restaurant on the basis of traffic in the opposite. coming from the interstate 65, they have to fight the traffic to get over 4 lanes to make their turn to culvers. I’ve watched this places prices increase constantly while the customer service and quality of the food has decreased. My last visit, the drive through workers were laughing amongst each other about me for asking “why?” when they told me they couldn’t put ketchup on my burger and had to put it on the side. $5.99 for a single patty cheese burger.
