Domino's Pizza - Merrillville

Watched the girl scraped my pizza out of the pan and when I got home teflon or metal shavings where under my pizza crazy either dominos has to replace their hand toss pans or the workers aren’t doing what was taught

The service is trash. If you call to complain about the food: they will place on hold multiple times, each and every time you call, and then just hang up on you after waiting. For my birthday party, my family ordered: pizza; wings; and cinnamon twists. We got half a box of parmesan bites that someone clearly ate out of!!! The cinnamon twists were also clearly half gone and burnt!!! And the pizza was burnt too!! The staff was very non chalant about their food being in bad quality and acted like it was NOTHING that THEY ASSISTED WITH RUINING MY BIRTHDAY PARTY!! I had to call three times and specifically ask the third TIME to not be placed on hold AND for the man who answered to NOT HANG UP ON ME AGAIN!!! I had to drive down there to return food on my own Birthday!! Your staff didn't care. And even refused to give me a receipt showing that I was getting a refund!!!! I will NEVER in all of my days and, even Birthdays, order from this armpit of all Domino's franchises again!! Don't buy food from here. Drive to a better location with better service.

Store was completely dirty pizza was nasty barley sauce on it just cheese and meat is all you can taste ! But the customer service was good !

I ordered a three topping pizza, which was Philly steak premium chicken and ham. The ham was good cheese and the toll was good but y’all had the nerve to send me burnt chicken and burnt Philly steak.
