The food is usually so good but now when I go I order two meals because one usually the chicken is too tough to eat! I can tell the night shift doesn't keep up with cleaning the fryer oil properly you can taste and smell it. It's happened on many occasions most after 7pm. I was so unimpressed with the service I got today at the Merritt Island Chick fil A. They wouldn't let me order my drink with no ice even though I asked multiple employees. A health issue requires me to have no ice and I've never had trouble at other stores.
