Contribute FeedbackThe title should contain this experience (with the capital and capital). the place is small but nice and well organized. passing the menu, we ate a crazy appetizer: nodins with cheeks served on a perfect rice waffle (I would have eaten other potato millefoglie with mushrooms from the exceptional goto, perfect rice oranges (bean lover,) marinated salmon to citrus fruits and fresh yogurt sauce, fried calamari and shrimps light and pleasant with exceptional raw material and to finish an unspoiled of mussels that never spoils. as first a red shrimp paste from the shoes and for second gold and red shrimp to the cartccio with fish bisque. you can see the expert hand and the highly anticipated search for perfection by the mino chef who in all his kindness stopped to explain the steps to recreate the waffle of rice. the room is managed by the very kind wife and always ready to solve any inconvenience. deserved stars for freshness, cleanliness and the great ability of the chef to make every taste stand out. It was a sweet surprise that we would never have expected, unfortunately now we are accustomed not to have a certain regard and certain attentions for the customer, we will be back very soon.
