We had dinner early on a busy Friday night in Mesquite. Waiting time was minimal and service was fantastic. Our server Lynda was a Hoot and Chef Martin was very entertaining! There were 5 in our group and everyone was impressed by food and value. Hibachi Chicken, Filet Mignon, Shrimp, Salmon and Scallops were all delish! Came in for lunch with my family on Monday 6/13 and was the most terrible food I think I?ve had in mesquite so far! Salmon was thin, flat and dry. Ordered a hand roll and what I got was a squished looking roll with a thin film of fish inside.
