Excessively high prices
The place is small but positioned almost on the hemicycle of Piazza Antonello, the monumental heart of the post-1908 urban planning. The owner and the service guys are extremely kind, the service is fast and perfect. The choice of granitas with brioche is practically enormous, above all I recommend the almond one (made with toasted almonds, with an unmistakable aroma and flavour). For lunch then, very low prices and restaurant quality. The menu changes every day and the offer of first courses, second courses of meat and fish and side dishes is tastefully revisited although anchored to the excellent Messina gastronomic tradition. Absolutely worth trying for a lunch break, an aperitif or a breakfast stop. We will be back!
