If you are in Messina and want a snack or some traditional Sicilian pastries you have to stop in here. The staff is all friendly, the pastries, gelato, and espresso are all to die for! Concetta at the register was a sweetheart and if you only speak English she was very helpful. I've been a few times over the years and will always return any time I'm in Sicily.
