My friend and I go very often here and we love the food and service here! I think this place is very undervalued because it's fucked away, but if you have a chance to definitely try it, you wouldn't regret it! View all feedback.
What Schuyler McLaughlin doesn't like about Bistro Orleans:
I had chicken stalls. Sauce was thick, put on top the pasta looked like tomato paste. Cheese was just put up. It was okay, but I'm sure there are other menus I like more. View all feedback.

The Bayou Stack is from this world! Absolutely excellent food! Everything we have eaten here was great! Great service and food is amazing! They didn't stop here. The taste and preparation is excellent. Bottom line is if you want a good meal, then this is the place to go!
I've only recently discovered this place, but he's there forever. Old town of New Orleans with an upscale flair. There's an oyster bar, great **** Marys and whatever you want.
Bistro Orleans is a little hidden gem of Metairie, Louisiana. The restaurant is located in a strip-mall of style on a main street, so it is easily accessible. When my son and I were raised for lunch today, we were not disappointed. The atmosphere is jazzy, uplifted but covered if it can make sense. They also offer a traditional Italian menu with a southern flair, e.g. spaghetti and meat balls to fried crust tail. The service was exceptional. They do not overly season their dishes, so you need to add your own salts, peppers and hot sauces for spices, but the food is decent if I were a critic, I would not discuss them 5 stars on each item above, but as an entire unit where one item is missing the other. It is a great small decor that tastes and authenticity in the local area. Great job guys!
Hands down one of the best spots to get yourself some Cajun food in NOLA. The “happy hour” $4 **** Mary’s were delicious! I ordered the Catfish and jambalaya meal. The food was amazing, the server was amazing, the experience was amazing. The portions of everything was worth the price. Will definitely dine here again in the future. Might I add, the server was very patient with my table and I, as we had MANY questions about the menu/suggestions lol. So thank you to the sweet waitress.
