70% of the items on the menu were not Chinese cuisine. If you’re going to appropriate Asian food, at least get your cultures right. I had the salmon and avocado salad, and the spicy beef noodles. Ingredients were fresh, but the food was too salty and had too many garnishes. The avocado was not ripe. The noodles were better than the salmon avocado salad which I would definitely not recommend.
