I miss could stone a lot! I used to work subway next to the cold stone. The owner from cold stone and he's wife, he's son, he's employees all that people are very sweet very nice! I got free ice cream from there few times. They are very friendly specialty the owner is very kind and great parson. I moved in Michigan last year. And I miss them so much! View all feedback.

What Tom Buchanan doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
Ice cream was fine. Place got crowded. Couldn't hear anything the server was saying. No hand sanitizer available. I asked for sanitizer and was ignored. Made me sign a receipt with pens everyone are touching even during covid worries. Sure enough, I forgot and placed my finger in my mouth a few minutes later to remove a chocolate chip. Hope I don't get ill. View all feedback.

Love it. Great customer service good flavor. I would go again. I felt they could reduce the sugar level a little bit.

"They are really good, but I am unhappy with a new order for 4 dirty troops. I ordered dirty military, with chewing gum and sweet fabric. the tees were not sweetened and there was hardly a brown sugar in it. I'm so upset because I paid for it and it doesn't look appetizing and it doesn't taste good as it usually does. they did not provide any straws. I'm very concerned about it."

"That is an important wan! I ordered pizza on the 3rd april 2022. the time they delivered me was 1 and half an hour, but I don't care. everything was in order until I found out that my card was limited, I went to the bank and they said my card had been used by a stranger, and they were at jet pizza, even the tip I gave to the slip, will not be accepted if the bank my card had not closed I lost all my money. I do not know whether this is done by personal or management, but that is completely unacceptable, so I advise everyone not to order here!"
