Tori and her team always do a great job. I had a fairly large call-in order for a family get together today. Called it in around 10 to pickup around noon. Walked in at 12:10, and everything was all done, packaged nicely, and labeled for easy identification. Great customer service, per usual. Well done JM Olde Raleigh! View all feedback.

Will never get my business again. Ordered on app at 5:19. Said would be ready at 5:34. Was at store at 5:30. No one ever addressed me to see what I was waiting for. Customers came in and ordered after me and left before me. Wasn't ready till 5:45 after I asked where it was.
