What Craig P likes about Union Special:
To just call this a Bake Shop is falling short, its a Culinary Creative Hub with many collaborations, spin offs and special events. The Bakery itself is amongst the best in the East Coast and several in Triangle are as well from Boulted Bread to also in Raleigh to Loaf in Durham and Strong Arm out in Oxford.
