What koolkookaburra likes about Rastro:
Rastro is new to the Burgos circle, but overdue as a decent Spanish restaurant in the Fort. Service is OK, but the day we visited there was just one (hard working) chef to deal with our 14 person table. Paella is excellent and recommend the Paella Negra a la Marinara (Squid ink rice, squid rings, mussels and fish fillets) but suggest calling ahead as it takes 2-30 minutes to prepare.
