What Ernest Labadie doesn't like about Cafe Paris:
I went there with a friend. I ordered Quiche Lorraine. I received a rubbery (one fork would bounce off) concoction, which was more like a piece of pizza dough with over boiled agitator. There was not even a hint of the beautiful Custard texture, which is the trademark of Quiche Lorraine. I complained and was offered to Spinach Quiche. Big mistake!
