What Gabrielle Vaillant likes about A Cote:
The cooking is very good and innovative but overpriced. This isn't a place to hang around and soak up the ambience and enjoy a deep conversation, it's more a stop over. I found the dishes: risotto, pasta and pork Iberico very tasty. However, it's about 20% overpriced for me to feel comfortable with the bill. The wine list is limited but slightly overpriced for Metz. Immense wait, tables jammed together , food when it came perfectly decent but not memorable ( unlike the wait ) , wine predictably inflated.
