We specifically came for their galette frangipane which we heard of and indeed they have their own way to do it which is quite surprising for the first bite and then either you like it or not. I felt the butter too much and it was a bit too crispy probably overcooked for me. We also tried their chou à la crème which were fine but not memorable.
