What Éric Potier doesn't like about Les Alizes at BEST WESTERN PLUS Metz Technopole:
I've never had to make such a critique, but this restaurant is to be avoided, final. We had the suggestion so normally you are at the bottom of the kitchen. In this case, potatoes were insufficiently cooked, the pork stock was insufficiently cooked. The collagen wasn't even melted. Thankfully we were served with bread, at least we didn't fall asleep.
