pleasant staff and dessert with an irreproachable texture at the presentation level. Bûchette on biscuit cream of brown vanilla and raspberry. but it's still pretty expensive. for such a price we expect more subtle and airy aromas. a good dessert but still lacks arguments to be described as exquisite and that one could find elsewhere for a lower budget.
