I ate there this week, apparently the new chief had just arrived (they opened little time ago). The gourmet salad was very good, the impeccable service, and the setting is very beautiful. a little in the loft style, with large spaces, I was told that the restaurant had been built entirely, on a land where there was before a glassware, hence the name.
