Mcdonald's Lakeshore - Mexico

Food took a long time to arrive, and even after the long waiting time the chicken we received still has some blood in it. Ice cream machine was broken so we can't get a coke float and I dont understand why down grading coke float to a regular coke in the meal set will cost us more. they also took very long in giving our bill change.

Terrible service, worse even with the help of ordering kiosks! The Now preparing and the Now serving list is inaccurate. Your number disappears from the Now serving list and you wait for your number to be called. Worse I waited for 30 minutes for my orders for 2 people and my order was incomplete!! So I had to go back from the car!!! And they aren 't even aware that the set meal is supposed to come with a hash brown!!! You need efficiency since this is a stop over branch in NLEX.

Dropped by on our way to angeles. Store is open despite being renovated. Suggest take advantage of dining out in the mornings and evenings to avoid the dust inside the store.

Drive thru; ordered a spicy nugget, then driving along the way I bit at the nugget and it wasn't spicy! Too late to go back! 1star for the service for this mcdo

I think their sundae is a little bigger than what the usual mcdonalds would serve
