What Heather Laus doesn't like about Subway:
Doesn't matter what you tell them they toast it anyway, I asked for warmed/microwave because I have issues with broken teeth due to pregnancy and I asked for it to be warmed and they toasted it anyway and refused to fix it and refuse to answer the phone.... don't eat here if you want your food made the way you like it.
