Based on the positive online reviews, we decided to have a last-minute business lunch at this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious starters like the provolenta and stuffed prawns, as well as the mouthwatering fillet and sides. The owner, who was working behind the bar, was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to the area.

We celebrated our anniversary with our two children, aged 8 and 10, at Metro 8. We opted to dine on the porch on a pleasantly humid June evening, where the ceiling fans provided a comfortable breeze. Unlike many restaurants that are overly air-conditioned, Metro 8 had a welcoming ambiance. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, allowing us to enjoy our meal without intrusion. She even commented positively on our children reading books and discussing math, rather than being glued to iPads. The steaks my husband and I ordered were delicious, as were the sides. Our daughters thoroughly enjoyed their grilled chicken. The cocktails were well-made and just the right strength. Overall, we highly recommend Metro 8 for a satisfying dining experience.

Following my son's graduation, we celebrated with dinner for a party of 13. Cassie seated us in the private dining room due to the hot weather, instead of on the patio. The food and service were top-notch. It was a fantastic way to end the day's festivities!

Great service, wonderful experience, the ambiance, facilities, and the group were very enjoyable for dancing.

The atmosphere for dancing is spectacular, and the live band makes it even better. The drinks are acceptable, but the food is not really that great - it's more for satisfying cravings.
