The owner ask me what I like, he said cooking here is fr the north, the town of Bilbao, near France, aske me what I like, i said iLike some rice and some pork. So he suggested this pork dish which is a pork elbow, codillo cerdo which was cooked for 6 hours. And for the rice he told me about this rice with mushrooms.
