The restaurant is in the street level of the Fiestamericana Grand Hotel in the Financial District in Guadalajara. It is new and amazing. Just try every Peruvian food the chef may offer you: Cebiche, Octopus, salads, desserts. We tried about 9 or 10 different entrés and main disches, plus a couple of desserts.
