What User likes about Gin Chan:
excellent and traditional sushi place. fresh high quality fish. you will not find fish here in many / other high quality sushi restaurants in the city. at games are lachstoro (only space I found in the city), thunfischtoro kama and sweet garnels. has to try! excellent friendly service. really good fresh fish but expensive. small menu as it’s mostly a sushi place. got the negi toro maki (very good), spicy tuna rolls (nothing special), sashimi plate 3 types (just alright unless you can pick your fish), nigiri: toro, salmon belly, yellowtail belly, sardine. nigiri pieces were good. definitely coming back to try the grilled sardines. update had to take a star off bc found a dead fly in my miso soup tak...
