We knew there was a Rifugio at the end of the walk, but didn't expect it to be open on a quiet Wednesday in August. But after our hour and three quarter walk, including walking through a fun sculpture trail at the end, where the various sculptures are carved directly into the tree trunks, we were delighted to find it open.
