"My Husband and I visited this wonderful little place in Surfers Paradise,what a hidden Gem The food was excellent, the service was outstanding our host was Nick very professional young man so attentive and very charming explaing in detail the dishes we were going to have. The menu is fresh and innovating catering for vegetarians. The ambiance very quirky reminisant of cafe/bars in Melbourne.We felt very special while we were there thankyou Black Coffee Lyrics for a wonderful dinning experience."

"This place is amazing, even for bringing your non-veg friends fam. The portions are huge, the prices are modest, the décor, while a bit on the older side, is consistent to the theme and pleasant to look at.The food is spectacular, the service is lovely and they will go the extra mile for even silly requests like what the hell is a vegan prawn? can you take a photo for me? .Whether you 're vegan, vegetarian, what ever. You 'll like this place. If you are vegan however, you may never want to leave and start investigating the yearly cost of living in the motel above it."

"Had breakfast at the paddock. Busy like we expected but managed to get a table straight away. The caramel kick drink was amazing. Had the scrambled eggs and added haloumi. Good sized meal and tasty. The pea fritters were really nice."
