This bakery stands out from the rest in Miami. It exudes a charming old-school, family-owned Italian atmosphere. We tried the prosciutto sandwich and pistachio crostata, both of which were outstanding - fresh, perfectly crunchy, and juicy. The coffee was also excellent. I highly recommend trying all of their baked goods, as they look as fantastic as they taste. The family that owns the bakery is incredibly friendly a... View all feedback.
What Abby O doesn't like about Mamma Leone Bakery:
Service could be better, maybe friendlier at least from the ladies in the front. Thank you to the extremely sweet older lady in the back today for at least making the experience okay. The food wasn’t the greatest. The pizza was okay. Iced latte lacks flavor but the sour dough baguette bread was pretty good. All three of those things cost me about $21. Barley any parking. Wow! I went to the baker's sky. only a few items selected and they are all perfect! look at my pictures. I'm sorry I ate the rest. but I'll be back soon.
Best croissants in Miami. Really cool place. Edit:really good prices too.
Ive been wanting to go here for months since I moved. I’d always drive by and see all the bread in the window. The place has this local charm that you rarely find here in Miami but is abundant in cities like NYC or SF. You walk in and you are hit with smells of pastries and bread, hit with the noise of all the people talking in English, in Italian, in Spanish and hit with the feeling you are in the right place. I had the ham on bread (not what it’s called) and a cannoli to go. I heated the bread in my air fryer at home and it was amazing. The ham was tasty with nice natural oil and the bread was flaky and had a nice consistency. The cannoli was was also really good. Overall I want to go back and try more of their items. I may have found my new local spot.
One of the best bakeries I’ve been to in the states. Their baked goods remind me of the small family owned bakeries in Europe that have endless delicious items on the menu. From the fresh squeezed orange juice to the sandwiches with house baked bread…to the sweet treats….This place will not disappoint. A must stop every time I visit Miami. Wish the parking situation was better tho….but that’s Miami!
Terrific homemade bread, very fresh, italian testy. Pastries...just delicious
