What User likes about Balan’s:
We had the breakfast menu which was excellent...eggs perfectly cooked and bacon very crispy. Service was also excellent. Unfortunately, the restaurant allows smoking outdoors which made my stay slightly unpleasant read more.

Despite the place having few patrons, the wait staff was inattentive and couldn't be bothered to take our orders without us flagging them down. Once we finally got our over priced drinks, we had to flag them down an hour later to get a second round. I won't be going there again, and I realize now why the place was not busy. read more.
