My boyfriend loves this place but I'm tougher to wow. The sushi appeared to be fresh but not as extraordinary as I was hoping for.
A "Modern American and Sushi" buffet? All I can say is that it's a combination concept I never thought of, but Santo's seems to have successfully pulled it
This is my favorite sushi buffet in Florida.

"Not your typical mall restaurant. The food here is exceptional. Been several times and have never been disappointed. Highlights for me: 1) Surf and Turf Roll It is unique and amazing! 2) Hotate Truffle Roll Awesome experience at the restaurant and tastes the same when delivered. Highly recommend!"

"FREE APEROL SPRITZ on Saturday is the reason I came. I arrived with a friend around 1pm and sat outside...we were very surprised the place stayed virtually empty for the 2.5 hours we were there. Aperol spritz Is my favorite drink and it looked like there was some official Aperol representatives from the company to do content and hype the place up. Unfortunately, no one else showed up...it's a very cute place they should really market themselves better. The Aperol kept me in a pretty good mood, but unfortunately after I tried the octopus I was pretty disappointed, it was extremely chewy and fatty I couldn't eat it (very strange since it says it's the chefs signature) maybe should've went with a pasta dish or pizza... Overall a hit and miss for me but would be interested to come an evening for another drink special when the place is more lively"
