My husband and I had a layover in Miami the last night of our honeymoon. We wanted to find a local place (no chain restaurants) and found Holleman's on this site with great reviews. Took a taxi from the hotel and we were impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great (I had stuffed lobster tail) and great wine selection. They even called a friend that was a taxi driver to take us back to the hotel!... read more.

If you want to a cocktail after work and hang out with friends, Holleman's Steak Seafood from Miami Springs is a good bar, and you can look forward to the tasty typical seafood cuisine.

Wonderful experience... it was like the old days in Miami in the '50s. Great change from the hectic pace of South Beach, Brickell, and the Grove or Gables.

This restaurant was one of the best in Miami Springs, but with all the management changes, it has changed for the worse. Slow service and cold entrees.

"Really good cafe con leche. It is also my first time trying this drink.The staff was kind enough to explain to me that it is like an espresso but with sugar added to the mix before the shot is dripped, basically a sweetened shot. I ordered an iced cafe con leche and had that with oat milk because I want to treat myself. Drink ended up being $9.5 which is the most expensive I have paid for one single coffee lol. They added $1 for oat milk and $1 for decaf... Crazy prices...Space is small but quite cute and the noise level is quite low. You can talk or work there. They also have a small pastries case with croissants."
